It's crucial to pack your server in a box that is suitable for its weight. As a best practice, use a padding-to-server-weight ratio of at least 1:3. This means for every 3 pounds of server weight, you should use at least 1 pound of padding material.

Declined Packages

Be advised that our data center may decline packages if the box shows signs of damage. In such cases, the package will be returned to the sender. We are not responsible for any issues or financial losses associated with a declined package.
